Please email support@defenderbeauty.com immediately with any changes you would like to make and be sure to include your name and order number in the email. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
Please allow 2-3 business days during non-peak season and 4-5 business days during peak season for processing.
Once your ordered has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your packaged to be delivered.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number provided and allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated.
If you would like to return a product you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product. The product must be unused and sent back to us prior to processing a refund. Once the item has been received, we will process a refund (excluding the shipping cost) within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account. Orders that have used a promo/coupon code are final sale. All skincare products are non-refundable.
